While we were meeting our clients exactly where they were on their financial journey, we realized we'd lost touch with the more structured, clearly defined path that we want each person to experience. The word friction kept coming up. People were being well taken care of, yet we noticed that no two paths shared the same process.
In an effort to create a more consistent experience for every client, we went back to the drawing board. We sought to identify the areas in which friction was showing up within Financial Outfitters. Next, how do we fix it?
